 What data we treat, and how we use them
We treat information about the visitors on our website. This is information that the server automatically generates when someone visits our webpage. This typically includes downloaded pages, time, what page you originated from, IP-address, type of device (i.e. iPhone), browser and operating system. The information about the visitors is used anonymously, for the purpose of operating and further developing webpages.

We treat your inquiries and feedback if you voluntarily contact us, or give us feedback about our web site.

When completing a request form, this information gives us a base for the offer/information we send you. If you send us a request, your information (name, phone number, email address) will not be put into our booking system (Protel) until you have made a reservation with us. Completed forms will be automatically deleted from the website database after 30 days.

Your email address may be used to send you newsletters, if you have consented to this, or if it is allowed by Norwegian law.

Use of Data Processors
We have data processing agreements with the companies that process personal data on our behalf. DMT AS is the host of our website, ref.: Our booking system Protel is hosted by SystemPartner AS. Our Data processors cannot process your personal information except as agreed with us and as described in this Privacy Statement.

Unpaid bills will be passed to collection companies. We will also share your personal information with public authorities to the extent necessary to meet our legal obligations. 

How do we keep the data?
We take technical, physical and organizational measures to prevent that personal data are lost or that unauthorized persons get access to the data.

Personal data will not be kept longer than what is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the treatment/processing or with regards to our statutory duties. For example; we are imposed to keep detailed purchase/sales history for 5 years by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Legislation.

If you ask us to, we will delete all personal data we have on you, unless we have a legal reason or are imposed by law to keep your personal data for a certain period.
